Good morning St George's,

Unfortunately due to technical difficulties yesterday's service was not recorded. You can read a copy of my sermon by clicking here. 

Yesterday was also my last Sunday with you as your Intentional Interim Priest.  I find it hard to put into words how much is has meant for me to be able to serve at St George's for the past year and a half. I am so grateful for that time and each and every one of you.

I am also still feeling a bit overwhelmed by the beautiful send off you prepared for me yesterday. Each detail was so thoughtful. Thank you so much for your kind words and generous gift.  

As you move into this next stage of your life as a parish you are in very good hands. Your wardens and vestry are doing a great job and all the necessary preparations for this next season have been made.  

At the same time, there is a lot of work to do so if you've ever considered volunteering in the parish, this would be a great time to connect with the wardens who can help you find something that is a perfect fit for you.
